Our journey – expanding our services for our customers
Initially, we provided shutter, gate, and auto-door services as a managing agent. However, recognising the need for direct expertise, we hired our first engineer in London in 2019. This marked the beginning of our journey to offer specialised maintenance and installation services for commercial shutters, gates, auto-doors and docking solutions.
Since 2019, we have expanded our team across the UK, now self-delivering 98% of our commercial shutter, gate, auto-door and docks installations and maintenance. Our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is reflected in our impressive 76% first-fix rate, ensuring prompt and effective solutions.
