Arcus FM has strengthened their senior structure by announcing its first-ever Chief People Officer to join its C-suite.
Debbie Gregory has been appointed as the business’ new Chief People Officer. In appointing their first CPO, Arcus is putting people at the heart of business decisions to build upon their people-driven culture.
On appointment, Chris Green, CEO said, “People have always been at the heart of our success and attracting those people, looking after them, engaging them, providing them with learning development opportunities and best-in-class benefits has always been central to our strategy. With the business now employing around 4,000 people, providing 24/7 services across the country, and with a growing customer base, the time is right to make this appointment to safeguard that People Driven strategy and ensure it remains at the heart of all of our strategic decisions.”
