Hi, I’m Jamie, Project Delivery Manager at Arcus. My role primarily involves reviewing performance and trends within Mobile Delivery, with a focus on Building Fabric. I collaborate with various Arcus departments, including planning, support, supply chain, finance, quality assurance, and training.
This broad operational perspective enables me to work with teams across the business to enhance processes and policies. I also oversee Compliance Testers and Administrators for Mobile Delivery, handling PAT testing, face fitting, harness and ladder inspections, and vehicle audits.
We’re pleased to note a 98.5% compliance rate for tools across Mobile Delivery.
In a previous role, I managed multiple custody areas in a large region, gaining extensive experience as a Major Incident Investigator, NEBOSH Qualified H&S Manager, ISO trained Quality Manager, Qualified Fire Risk Assessor, and Lean Management Continuous Improvement professional. This background has provided me with valuable insights into quality and safety standards, which align well with Arcus’s high standards.
Team collaboration is vital in my role, and input from all stakeholders at various levels is crucial for improving our business, delivering excellent service, and ensuring the safety of our colleagues and contractors. Although much of my work is behind the scenes, it often addresses feedback from customers. We take all feedback seriously—both positive and negative—as it helps us refine our solutions and make informed decisions to meet customer expectations.
To build and maintain trust with customers, I am committed to being open and honest. By keeping customers updated on our improvements, we reinforce and sustain their trust. Understanding each customer’s unique vision and needs from the outset is essential. We develop policies and procedures at the start of contracts and continuously review them based on customer feedback.
