Hi, I’m Finlay, Talent Acquisition Advisor at Arcus. My role focuses on executing talent attraction strategies while prioritising candidate experience and engagement. I work closely with the M&E, Refrigeration, and MER operations teams to create a smooth and effective recruitment process.

We explore multiple avenues to help solve this challenge: We offer apprenticeships and training opportunities to candidates and colleagues, to bring new people into the industry; we exhibit at Jobs Fairs to promote careers in FM; we also partner with colleges and social value partners such as the Care Leavers Covenant, Clean Slate Solutions and Recruitment Junction to cast our net as wide as possible and that individuals from all backgrounds are made to feel valued and welcomed to the industry.
At Arcus, we always look to promote from within and provide all colleagues with a platform for growth and development. Some of how we do this are through external training courses as well as programmes delivered at our state-of-the-art National Training Centre. We also promote cross-department upskilling to make sure that a wide range of pathways are available to all colleagues.
