I realised during sixth form that A Levels weren’t for me as I wanted more hands-on learning.

I then began looking for a job and that’s when I saw the Apprenticeship at Arcus. The role really appealed to me as I could work and gain experience, while still learning. It was important for me to gain an industry recognised qualification that I can also utilise in my current role as Customer Assurance Agent.

I’ll complete my apprenticeship Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 in April 2019 and I’ll be using my knowledge and skills to mentor the next cohort of apprentices.
