Arcus gets set for £3M deal at Argos

FM company Arcus has agreed a new contract with an annual value of £3 million to carry out FM services for home retail stores Argos and Habitat.

The contract includes delivering lighting, drainage, building fabric and other self-delivered services nationally, in addition to the support Arcus already provides to Sainsbury’s supermarkets and depots across the UK.

Sainsbury’s bought the entire Home Retail Group, which owns Argos and Habitat, in a multibillion-pound deal last year. Arcus signed a 10-year agreement with Sainsbury’s to provide FM services last year.

Chris Green, CEO of Arcus, said: “Our relationship with Sainsbury’s is a longstanding and successful one, which was cemented last year with our landmark 10-year partnership.”
