Arcus FM proudly announces Ben Hall, Lead HSQE Business Partner, is a finalist for the industry-leading Fire and Security Matters Awards in the category of Fire Safety Manager of the Year.
This nomination celebrates Ben’s dedication to fire safety and his proactive approach to engaging with the business and improving fire safety behaviours at all levels.
Arcus has long been focused on embedding a culture of Health & Safety, and with fire compliance being central to many customer’s requirements and key risk across all estates, the business has relied on Ben’s expert leadership to ensure team members are equipped with the necessary tools, training, and support to carry out their roles safely and effectively.
Central to the nomination was Ben’s contribution to the planning and implementation of the Fire Risk Assessor and Validator program across the company, and introducing a new and improved fire risk assessment process that provides comprehensive information to support fire safety matters concerning life and property safety.
For Arcus’ customers, Ben’s nomination for Fire Safety Manager of the Year award assures its commitment to fire safety, including guidance and support in adhering to and going above compliance standards.
