Arcus FM awarded new contract with The Arch Company
Arcus FM, a leading provider of technology-led, people-driven Facilities Management services is set to provide maintenance services across The Arch Company’s UK-wide portfolio.
Arcus FM is pleased to announce the award of a new contract with The Arch Company, the largest provider of commercial space for small and medium-sized businesses to rent in the UK. The Arch Company manages over 5300 properties, offering a variety of spaces for small businesses, retailers, charities, and community organisations. Under the new contract, Arcus will provide essential maintenance services to support the management and upkeep of these locations.
The Arch Company’s portfolio includes spaces used for retail, restaurants, offices, and commercial business. Arcus will deliver a wide range of services including statutory compliance, planned preventive maintenance, landscaping, mechanical and electrical (M&E) services, and building fabric repairs. In addition, Arcus will assist with the preparation and maintenance of units that are available to let.
